AI-Driven Manufacturing System

The challenge

A home goods business wanted to manufacture products without a traditional design-and-machinist pipeline standing between an idea and a finished piece.

What we built

We built a small-scale, AI-driven manufacturing system that drives the machines directly, using open-source tooling to connect AI to the hardware and to generate design files from user-provided renderings and designs. The whole system is orchestrated by Claude Code. In production, it has cut the cost of manufacturing home goods by around 30%.
