The challenge

AI assistants forget everything between sessions, and memory systems that simply accumulate detail degrade in quality as they grow.

What we built

We built a memory system that retains user detail across sessions, paired with a refinement service that runs outside working hours and lets the AI curate its own memory, pruning to what stays relevant rather than accumulating indefinitely. It became one of the two most-used tools in the company.
