The challenge

An unmanaged workflow orchestration platform at a fintech company was firing 3,000 runaway automation executions per day, burning spend and engineering attention.

What we built

We introduced platform governance that reduced runaway executions from 3,000 per day to 2, led the enterprise cloud migration for the orchestration platform with a full-credit contract rollover, and cleared a two-month engineering bottleneck.
