API spend for AI tooling was scattered across individual users with no caps, no visibility, and no way for IT to forecast it.

What we built

We architected a centralized model-cost migration for IT and the CTO, consolidating ~$2K per month of API spend across 49 users behind per-user spending caps and usage governance.
