The challenge

A manufacturing company had no continuous competitive intelligence, so people manually trawled news and filings, inconsistently and too late to act.

What we built

We built a production system that hourly ingests news, 181 auto-discovered feeds, investor relations pages, and regulatory filings across 25+ competitors, classifies every article on five dimensions with stated reasoning, and delivers per-competitor deep dives through nine role lenses plus a deliberately rare critical-alert email to leadership. A vendor quoted ~$1.6M for a comparable platform covering 16 users.
