The challenge

A dairy company regularly spent several hours sifting through data and generating reports to determine the safety of products, across roughly 1,400 dairy producers.

What we built

We architected and built a web and mobile application with LLM and RAG integration that automates data collection, reporting, and trend forecasting across roughly 1,400 dairy producers, projecting a drop in weekly reporting cost from $200 to $0.09. It includes a natural-language-to-SQL interface projected to cut data retrieval time by 70%, an automated testing system that benchmarks prompt-engineering and retrieval strategies with embedding models, and an intake-to-database pipeline saving roughly $150 a week on manual data entry. The system flags production and dairy-quality issues in the collected data automatically.
