Due Diligence for Acquisition

The challenge

A financial firm needed to gain an understanding of an acquiree's software systems to better understand the risks of the purchase and what efforts needed to be made to innovate.

What we built

We performed a deep dive into the acquiree's software and cloud infrastructure, as well as interviewed key stakeholders in the company, constructing and providing a comprehensive risk assessment and post-acquisition software strategy.
