Enterprise AI Portal

The challenge

A manufacturing company was paying an outside consultancy for an AI platform that underperformed, leaving employees who tried it once and never came back, and the business without an internal AI surface it trusted.

What we built

We designed and built a governed AI portal for the whole company, with secure sandboxes where AI writes and executes code on a user's behalf, reading, editing and embedding of any file type, agent and project creation that people can share, and custom dashboarding and presentation building. It reached roughly 3,000 registered users across a 7,500-person company, about 40% of the workforce, at 20,150 queries per week. The incumbent vendor's service was discontinued.
