A fintech company had bought AI tooling but adoption was uneven, and the spend could not be justified without people actually using it.

What we built

We led a $70K enterprise AI rollout covering demo videos for six integrations, company-wide training, and adoption across sales, engineering, and operations, and established agentic and AI-assisted coding practices in engineering for code review and testing.
