The challenge

A financial firm consumed excessive HR resources from employees frequently asking basic questions about HR documents and policies.

What we built

We designed and implemented an agent that ingests HR policies and documents and answers basic employee HR questions, integrated into the company’s enterprise AI portal. Across a 2,000-person company it handles roughly 300 questions a month that would otherwise reach the HR department.
