Multi-Agent Contract Intelligence

The challenge

A fintech company paid an outside accounting firm ~$60K per year to read contracts by hand and record termination dates, payment terms, contract value, and which of many legal entities was actually party to each agreement.

What we built

We built a multi-agent extraction system covering contract fields, legal dates, vendor compliance, amounts and revenue terms, each agent producing a reasoning audit trail. Run side by side with the incumbent for two months it scored roughly double their accuracy, caught a $1M contract clause both the vendor and the internal team had missed, and cut contract review from the third party’s 30 minutes to 5 hours down to under a minute. The vendor contract was cancelled outright.
