Product Inventory Management MCP

The challenge

Product navigation and cataloging across a manufacturing company’s full catalog was slow and difficult for engineers, with all product queries needing to be fulfilled by a small data management team with several other responsibilities.

What we built

We built a pipeline that ingests the company’s product data into the cloud, converts it into an analytics-ready store, and exposes an MCP query layer over it inside the enterprise AI portal. It covers 1,840 columns of product attributes across roughly 35,000 products, so anyone can answer a product question without going through the data team.
