Regulatory Compliance Agent

The challenge

A healthcare services company had trouble keeping up with regulatory changes and maintaining company compliance.

What we built

We designed and developed an application to track and collect regulatory changes, feed them to an LLM for comparison of new standards against existing company policy, and suggest adaptations to existing company policies to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. For a six-person business it cut weekly data collection from seven man-hours to three minutes — roughly $210 a week of staff time at the rate the process owner was paid, or about $10,900 a year.
