Managers of sales teams at a financial firm spent considerable time providing feedback to junior team members.

What we built

We developed an agent that reviews sales transcripts and provides feedback tailored to internal sales standards and expectations, returning to sales managers the hours they had been spending coaching junior reps one conversation at a time.
